Pure Chalet Thredbo offers renovated bed & breakfast accommodation in the heart of Thredbo Village. The property is a north-facing, 3 level traditional chalet featuring mountain views from all rooms and private on-site parking. Kosciusko Express Quad Chair is 300 metres from Pure Thredbo Chalet. All rooms at Pure Chalet are spacious and feature independent room heating, parking and renovated en suite bathrooms with underfloor heating. There is a communal living room and dining area and guests can enjoy home cooked breakfast made from local quality produce. Other facilities at the property include a drying room, a special snow-boot dryer and an area to store bikes, skies or snow boards. A village shuttle bus is also available to take guests around Thredbo Village.

Pure Chalet is nestled within the stunning natural surrounds of Kosciuszko National Park, allowing you a luxurious escape from the busy world. Relax and unwind in this north facing, three level, traditional chalet right in the heart of Thredbo Village. As such this very boutique hotel is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years.

Recently renovated, PURE Chalet provides the ultimate in luxurious, warm and friendly alpine ambience. We offer two deluxe rooms downstairs with no common walls, and an additional 2 rooms upstairs on the same level as the communal living room and dining area. We also offer ample space to store bikes, skies or snow boards, a snow boot dryer, and a large drying room. Individual car parking guaranteed for all guests, above the chalet on the Alpine Way.

Wake up to a substantial breakfast each morning made from local produce, luxurious king & queen sized beds with electric blankets and quality cotton linen. Space to relax privately or communally, and all this just a stone throw from the ski lifts. Our rooms are spacious, each with newly renovated ensuites. All rooms have direct views of the mountain, independent heating, and under floor heating in all bathrooms. Convenient 24-hour secure key code access to the Chalet, and individual key access to your room means your arrival will always be quick and easy. Thredbo village, chairlifts and ski areas can be reached by foot, with the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift just an easy ten minute, down-hill walk.

Pure Chalet’s revised COVID-19 Cancellation Policy allows guests to request a cancellation or change the dates of their booking (at any time) if:
Thredbo is subsequently closed due to a COVID-19 outbreak; or
Government policies due to COVID-19 prevent guests from travelling on their intended dates.

Payment Policy

Full payment for the booking will be taken off the credit card supplied at the time of booking. Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the Cancellation Conditions set out below.
All major credit cards are accepted; however 3% will be added to American Express and Diners Club cards

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking must be in writing or email and must be received by Pure Chalet at the address or email address stated on the accompanying Booking Advice. Cancellation fees will be charged on confirmed bookings in accordance with the following periods

Pure Chalet’s revised COVID-19 Cancellation Policy allows guests to request a cancellation or change the dates of their booking if:
Thredbo is subsequently closed due to a COVID-19 outbreak; or
Government policies due to COVID-19 prevent guests from travelling on their intended dates.

Cancellation Conditions
Failure to make final payment on the due date will result in an automatic cancellation of the booking without notice and the following Cancellation fees will also apply.

Cancellation Fees:
1. Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a zero cancellation fee, ie a full refund will be given.
3. For those bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100%, (that is, there will be no refund).

Weather Conditions
Under no circumstances can Pure Chalet be held responsible for snow or weather conditions, nor can any bookings be cancelled other than in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed above.
