ITINERARY
Day 1 – Friday
The coach will collect you from your previously selected pick up point and start the ride down to The
Snowy Mountains. During your journey you will be able to purchase any hire gear or lift passes from
the tour guide to collect upon your arrival. There will be a scheduled stop for dinner on the highway
at your own expense. ETA at Snowy Valley is 12am (midnight). Upon arrival at Snowy Valley, you will
get priority to collect any hire gear that you may have previously purchased on the coach, before
being transferred to River Inn Thredbo, for the remainder of your stay.
Day 2 – Saturday
Breakfast is served from 7.30am; we suggest you get in early to make the most of the slopes. You
have a whole day free to ski. We invite you for drinks, food, and entertainment at River Inn
Garden at your own expense. Complementary dinner will be served between 6 – 8pm.
Day 3 – Sunday
Breakfast is again served from 7.30am. You will need to check out of your rooms before 10am;
however a luggage storage room will be available for your use throughout the day. Your lift pass also
covers you for Sunday. Meet at reception at 3pm and we will transfer you to the coach which goes
via the Snowy Valley where you can return any hire gear you may have taken. We will then depart
Snowy Valley stopping for dinner at your own expense. ETA at Central Sydney 11pM
The Experience
Ride in a comfortable coach from Sydney, pick up additional passengers in Canberra, then arrive around midnight at Snowy Valley Resort. Catch some sleep in shared rooms and be ready to rock the slopes on Saturday morning after breakfast. Your tour includes two hot breakfasts and a 3-course Saturday night dinner followed by a party. Your entertaining guides promote a festive and friendly group atmosphere during your weekend in the snow, and can answer any questions you may have along the way.
Enjoy two days of skiiing or snowboarding on Saturday and Sunday before hopping back on the coach in the late afternoon on Sunday and heading back to Canberra or Sydney.
Thredbo:
From Friday Flats beginner runs to steep tree runs, board park and half-pipe, Thredbo offers something for everyone. There are plenty of challenging off-piste runs that feature powder-filled chutes and natural hits. More advanced snowboarders can try the 360-foot (110-meter) long half-pipe in Thredbo’s extreme board park.
A combination of long runs and lots of vertical terrain means less time getting to and from places and more time ripping up the slopes. Thredbo guarantees that there will be snow, as it boasts the largest snow-making facilities in the Southern Hemisphere as well as the highest lift point in Australia.

Cancellation Party
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
