Where We Are

Terms & Conditions

This policy applies to any reservation made by you with Jaisano Pty Ltd ABN 90 086 590 833 (us, our or we) via our website (enzian.com.au) for:

・Accommodation

If a reservation for Accommodation is cancelled by you more than 30 days prior to the date of the reservation, subject to clause (e), you will be entitled to a refund or credit for any payment you have made to us, less the greater of:

$50; or
10% of the total cost of the reservation fee.

If you would like to cancel a reservation for Accommodation and request a refund or credit, you must send an email to info@enzian.com.au as soon as reasonably practicable.

Any accepted refund or credit by us under this policy will only be made available to the person or entity who paid for the reservation.

Subject to and without limiting any statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law that may apply, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any payment you have made to us:

・If you cancel a reservation for Accommodation within 30 days of the date of the reservation;

・If the reservation for Accommodation is marked or described as ‘Non-Refundable’. For the avoidance of doubt, if a reservation is marked or described as ‘Non-Refundable’, you will be liable for and have to pay to us a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the reservation fee upon cancellation;

・If the Accommodation is available to you on the date of your reservation and you do not show up to or utilise your reservation for any Accommodation on the date of your reservation;

・For any unused portion of your reservation for Accommodation ; or

・If you fail to make payment for your reservation for Accommodation on the due date for payment. For the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to make payment by the due date, an automatic cancellation of the reservation will apply to you without notice.

We will endeavour to facilitate any date change requested by you for your reservation for Accommodation subject to:

・Availability of Accommodation;
・Any change in price to Accommodation;
・The payment by you of a $50.00 administrative fee for each change to your reservation.

For the avoidance of doubt, changes to reservations for any Accommodation will not be able to be accommodated in all instances.

Terms, conditions and privacy policy

100% of payment is due at the time of booking.
