You have a choice of on mountain or off mountain ski hire. Selwyn resort offer a very convenient ski or board hire.On snow ski hire means if you have any problems you can have it fixed or replaced in no time , making the most of your day.
Off Mountain there are the rental places in Adaminaby and Cooma.

Getting to Selwyn
Selwyn located an easy 2.5 hour drive from Canberra, 5.5 hour drive from Sydney and 6.5 hour drive from Melbourne. As there is no accommodation on the mountain, most people stay in the nearby townships of Adaminaby or Talbingo a short 30 to 40 minutes drive from the slopes.
It is a requirement that all vehicles except 4WDs carry chains during the winter months on the Snowy Mountains Highway. These can be hired from most service stations on your way to Selwyn Snowfields.
