he River Inn has the unique distinction of being the only ski-in, ski-out hotel in Thredbo. Offering direct access to Friday Flat and ski school, great facilities and a warm welcome, River Inn is a great option for families and groups.
Each comfortable room at River Inn has a private ensuite, flat screen TV with Austar and wireless broadband internet. In addition, the rooms provide tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and mini fridge for your convenience. Your tariff includes a hearty cooked breakfast to give you the energy to conquer Thredbo. Delicious dinners can be purchased on-site at the hotel restaurant.
In addition to the spacious rooms, River Inn also offers great facilities to complete your holiday experience. The Bavarian themed bar and restaurant offers meals and unique drinks, while the large guest lounge with open fireplace is a great place to relax if you’d prefer a quiet night in. Live music is on offer in the beer garden, but if your muscles are aching after a great day skiing or snowboarding at Thredbo, the indoor spa is the place to be.
River Inn also provides conveniences such as a security ski and snowboard storage room, security drying room to keep your clothing warm and dry, and parking just across the road in the Thredbo overnight car park.
The location of River Inn, right next to Friday Flat, means that the beginners skiing and snowboarding area and all lessons are on your doorstep. With it’s magnificent ski-in, ski-out position, you can return to the hotel for a drink or lunch and pick up where you left off afterwards.

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
Payment Policy
50% of total cost payable will be processed at time of booking. Balance of payment will then be processed four weeks prior to arrival. Please note for bookings made within four weeks of arrival full payment will be processed at time of booking.
Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard or Amex. The number of occupants including children must not exceed the number stated on the confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will be eligible to receive full refund of deposit, less $250 per booking service charge. For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival, no refund or credit will be given.
No refunds of accommodation or any other related services will be given if guests are unable to arrive on the day of the booking. Including travel being affected by transport related problems or weather conditions.
