Additional Lifts

Australia’s largest toboggan park, the Red Energy toboggan park is serviced by it’s own lift but a separate pass is required for tobogganing and includes toboggan hire.

Operating Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM daily

Important Information

  • The New Chum Chair is always the first lift to open and the last to close, bringing guests back to the Selwyn Centre.
  • At the end of the day, Ski Patrol guides all skiers back toward the New Chum lift to ensure nobody is left on the slopes after closing.

One-Day Lift Pass

Guests are offered a one-day lift pass to all Selwyn Snow Resort lifts, allowing the opportunity to discover Selwyn. There is plenty to explore around the mountain, and the runs are ideally suited to adults and children just starting out or experienced skiers and boarders. The runs around the resort may be accessed via a number of lifts, including New Chum Double Chair, Township Triple Chair, Wes’s Wonderful Carpet, and the Race Course T-Bar. If you need to take a break from the slopes, head to the new Selwyn Centre that houses all guest facilities and services in one building.

Visit the expanded Ski & Snowboard Hire, enhanced food and drink offerings, and improved toilet amenities. Why not grab a delicious hot chocolate to heat you up and enjoy views over the resort and the mountains beyond? Or maybe spend time browsing in the Gift Shop. The Area: Selwyn Snow Resort

Selwyn Snow Resort is situated in the northern part of Kosciuszko National Park in the Snowy Mountains, Selwyn is a small resort which provides challenges for both novice and experienced snow lovers alike, whether they prefer to ski, snowboard or engage in snowplay. It is located close to the town of Adaminaby, and may be easily accessed from the Snowy Mountains Highway. Accommodation is also available in regional towns such as Cooma, Berridale.
