We have 5 different sized bedrooms. The smallest sleep 4 guests, the larger ones, up to 10. Our room rates are dependent upon how many are staying. If you have up to 4 guests, regardless of room size, there is a minimum rate per night. If you have more than 4, then you will be charged for each extra bed used. Once you have booked a room, you have exclusive use of that room.
